On the meeting of the Permanent Representative of Belarus in Geneva Yury Ambrazevich with the delegation of the EAEU Court
04.10.2018On October 3, 2018 in Geneva, the Permanent Representative of Belarus to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva Yury Ambrazevich met with the delegation of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, which takes part in the WTO Public Forum (October 2-4, 2018).
The EAEU Court ensures uniform application of the EAEU law by the Member States and organs of the Union. The headquarters of the Court is located in Minsk.
The delegation of the EAEU Court to the WTO Public Forum consists of Vice-President of the Court Erna Hayriyan, Judges Aleksandr Fedortsov, Dzianis Kolas, Armen Tumanyan, Konstantin Chayka, representatives of the Secretariat of the Court.
Issues of increasing the international recognition and authority of the EAEU, establishing cooperation with international organizations in Geneva, as well as the course of the negotiation process on Belarus’s accession to the WTO were discussed during the meeting.
