Belarus Takes Part in the 73rd World Health Assembly
19.05.2020On May 18-19, 2020, the 73rd World Health Assembly, which is the main body of the World Health Organization, has been taking place in a virtual format. The delegation of the Republic of Belarus led by the Minister of Health Mr. Vladimir Karanik takes part in the session.
The session focuses on the COVID-19 pandemic.
On 18 May, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Belarus delivered a statement in the general debate which includes the fundamental elements of Belarus’s position on the areas and tasks of international cooperation focused on combating the pandemic and returning to the pre-crisis level of interaction between countries, especially in the economy.
