«Indeed, our negotiations on the accession to the WTO have been going on for a long time, and the current government intends to intensify them. The government sets itself the task to complete these negotiations by the end 2019 so that in 2020 we will have been admitted to the World Trade Organization», said Mr Sergei Rumas.

«We have seven countries or groups of countries with which we need to complete the negotiations and sign the protocols. We know which issue constitutes a stumbling block of each negotiating tracks, but we also see ways to solve them», – clarified the Prime Minister.

According to the Minister of Economy Mr Dmitri Krutoy, «to join the organization, it is necessary to finalize negotiations, in particular, with the European Union, the USA and Switzerland».
