On ITC workshop in Minsk

A workshop on practical use of the electronic databases of the International Trade Centre “Trade Map” and “Market Access Map” in trade negotiations will be held in Minsk on 22 March 2016. The activity is organized jointly by the International Trade Centre, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the UNDP project “Assistance to the Government of the Republic of Belarus in WTO Accession through Strengthening of Expert and Institutional Capacity”. Participation of over 80 representatives of state bodies, state organizations, local authorities and academic circles is expected. The workshop is aimed at enhancing the professional skills of Belarusian experts in the area of trade negotiations by apprehension of modern IT tools. These issues are of high importance taking into consideration the on-going work on free trade agreements with a number of countries and on the WTO accession.
