On the participation in the UNECE Group of Experts on Population and Housing Censuses

Deputy Chairperson of the National Statistical Committee Zhanna Vasilevskaya participates in the UNECE Group of Experts on Population and Housing Censuses, which takes place in Geneva from 21 to 23 September.
Best practices of Belarus in planning and conducting the population census which were presented by Zhanna Vasilevskaya at the meeting will be used for the development of the Recommendations of the Conference of European Statisticians, as well as for the capacity-building of the UNECE countries in planning and conducting their national population and housing censuses and for the production of the internationally comparable data.
